Ease physiotherapy

Jane approached me when she decided it was time to change her business name from South Norwood Physio. While the old name had served her well, it felt too tied to a location and she was ready for something more expansive, more aligned with her values, and more reflective of the calm, holistic care she offers. She wanted a brand that felt like her: grounded, professional, and softly empowering.

We started with a discovery call to explore her vision, values, and the kind of experience she wanted her clients to have. From there, we delved into strategy, defining her ideal clients, positioning her brand clearly in a busy market, and shaping a visual identity that aligned with the way she works: gentle, supportive, and empowering.

Together, we created a brand identity that reflects movement, balance, and ease. The icon features flowing “E” shapes representing flexibility and motion, the core pillars of physiotherapy, while the soft terracotta and teal gradient brings in a sense of calm, renewal, and energy. We paired this with a timeless serif typeface to convey trust, professionalism, and care.

Jane’s logo isn’t just a symbol; it’s a visual expression of how she helps people feel better in their bodies. Every detail, from colour to form, was designed to create a sense of warmth, wellbeing, and quiet confidence… just like her practice.

Here’s what Jane had to say about her new brand design –

I love my new branding. Thank you so much for all your work and support; you really understood what was needed and it has given a renewed sense of purpose.

What stood out most was Sonali’s patience and ability to work with your energy — she really listens, understands your vision, and brings it to life beautifully. There’s honestly nothing she can’t do for you when it comes to branding. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
